Fernanda Schramm currently serves as DPO Brasil e Compliance Latam at Statkraft since March 2022 and holds multiple guest professor positions at Faculdade Baiana de Direito e Gestão and Faculdade Cesusc since 2019. Previously, Fernanda worked as a Manager in Forensic & Integrity Services at EY and as Director of Integrity and Governance at the Secretaria de Integridade e Governança. From 2012 to 2020, Fernanda was a partner, lawyer, and intern at Menezes Niebuhr Advogados Associados. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law with a focus on Administrative Law from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and a Bachelor of Laws from UNICESUSC. Fernanda has furthered expertise in compliance through various executive and training programs, including a Doctorate in Law at USP, expected to be completed in 2025.
