Libor Bádal has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as Head of IT Resource and Strategic Vendor Management Team at Česká spořitelna since January 2017. Responsibilities include resource management, vendor management, software asset management, and spend management. Prior to this role, Libor held positions at Home Credit International as Product Support Division Director and PMO Department Leader/Senior Project Manager, overseeing software delivery and a large project portfolio across multiple regions. Libor's earlier career at Česká spořitelna included managing strategic projects and coordinating inter-project dependencies. Libor's career began at Unicorn, where various project management and consulting roles were undertaken. Libor holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management of Electrical Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague.
