Francesco Recupero's work experience begins in 2002, where they served as a Marketing Assistant in the Sales Department at A.A.T. This internship lasted from May to October of that year. In 2005, they had two internships: one as a Jr. Compensation & Benefits intern at Vodafone from April to October, and another as an HR Generalist intern at Henkel from October to June of the following year.

In 2006, Francesco worked as a Jr. HR Controller at COMIFAR DISTRIBUZIONE SPA from June to December. Francesco then moved on to Computer Associates, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist from December 2006 to March 2008.

Following that, Francesco worked at Sky Italia as an HR Generalist from May 2008 to June 2010. From June 2010 to May 2018, they worked at RGIS as an HR Manager.

Finally, Francesco's most recent position is at CESI SpA, where they are currently a part of the Human Resources & Organization Department, starting in May 2018.

Francesco Recupero attained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Università di Catania, which they pursued from 1998 to 2004. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from IPSOA - Milano, where they attended between 2004 and 2005.
