Marco Romano is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various culinary roles. Currently serving as a Culinary Instructor at the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit since February 2018, Marco also holds the position of Catering Executive Chef at Aramark, managing dining services and private catering since September 2015. Additionally, Marco has been an Event Chef and Residential Chef at Cescaphe Event Group since August 2013. Previous experience includes working as a Cook at the University of Pennsylvania, Blackfish Restaurant, and Mica Restaurant, as well as an externship at The Hotel Hershey. Marco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Pennsylvania College of Technology, earned between 2007 and 2011.
