Eleonora Pozzi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community management and project coordination within the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as the Head of Community at Cesarine since January 2023, Eleonora is responsible for the strategy and growth of a network of over 1500 Italian home cooks, implementing OKRs-based strategies and enhancing community engagement. Prior to this role, Eleonora managed host communities across Southern Europe for Eatwith, focusing on onboarding and business strategy for over 500 local chefs. Earlier positions include Account & Project Manager roles at Laurenzi Consulting and We Deliver Taste, where Eleonora led various consulting projects and community engagement initiatives. Eleonora holds a Master's degree in Tourism Economics and Management from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
