Kaleena Weathers, MPA, has extensive experience in education and community service, currently serving as a 7th Grade ELA teacher at KIPP Baltimore Schools since August 2019 and as a teacher at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools since July 2018. Additional roles include marketing internships at Baltimore Harm Reduction Coalition and harp + sword, where responsibilities encompassed research, partner communication, and marketing material production. Prior experience includes serving as a Residential Counselor at Mosaic Community Services and teaching positions at Pitt County Public Schools and Lenoir County Public Schools. Kaleena also contributed as a Marketing/Development Intern at the Alzheimer's AssociationĀ® and worked as a Data Entry Operator for the Maryland State Police. Educational qualifications include a Masterā€™s in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Towson University.
