Tere Masiarchin serves as the Senior Director of the Licensing, Evaluation, and Support Center at CESA 2 since August 2017, where responsibilities include establishing a new Center of Excellence and developing an educator preparation program approved by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. Tere oversees the CLASS Licensure Program, ensuring licensure requirements are met, while also providing leadership to faculty and candidates. Previous experience includes serving as the Senior Director of the Language & Culture Center at CESA 2 and Director of the Language and Culture Center at CESA 6, where Tere developed professional development modules and coordinated various educational programs. Tere's earlier role as the ELL/Bilingual/Title III/21st CCLC Director at Clintonville Public Schools involved comprehensive program development and grant management across multiple educational initiatives. Tere holds multiple advanced degrees in Teaching ESL, Educational Leadership, and Social Work/Human Services from institutions including Minnesota State University and Marian University.
