Lance Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and process improvement. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Efficiency and Process Improvement at CES Power since November 2022, Lance has held several leadership roles, including Manager at Bryce Corporation and Senior Management Consultant at TBM Consulting Group. Lance's background includes overseeing North America reverse and repair logistics at SYNCREON, plant management at Carlisle Fluid Technologies and BPI Packaging, and corporate leadership at Evergreen Packaging and VyMaC Corporation. With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The University of Memphis, Lance possesses a strong foundation in operations excellence and strategic planning.
