Niclas S. is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Chairperson and Member of the Board of Directors at Cervi since December 2022, and as Managing Director at Avarn Security Finland since October 2021. In addition to these roles, Niclas holds positions as Managing Director and Board member at Stena Recycling Finland since September 2018, and has held board membership at Difa from May 2019 to September 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Group Senior Vice President and CEO of Division Eastern Europe at Caverion and VP of Global Ports Services at ABB. Niclas has a strong background in business development, financial accountability, and general management, supported by an MBA in International Management from Hanken School of Economics and a BSc in Engineering from Tekniska Läroverket i Helsingfors.
