Joseph Jackson has extensive experience in technology management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Technology at Cervey since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing technology development for clients, aligning technical strategies with business goals, and supervising system infrastructure. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Director of Alternate Care at New Tech Computer Systems from May 2004 to January 2020, managing the Alternate Division and its key products. Additionally, Joseph served as IT Manager at Hardware Distribution Warehouse from March 2002 to February 2004, where responsibilities included developing Point-of-Sale software and managing IT operations and staff. Joseph holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern State University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
