AJ Thomas has developed a strong background in finance and customer service within the cycling industry. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Cervelo Cycles since January 2019, AJ Thomas has honed skills in managing financial transactions and client accounts. Prior to this role, AJ Thomas worked at Santa Cruz Bicycles from May 2014 to January 2019, serving in the Warranty and Returns department, where expertise in handling customer inquiries and product issues was gained.
