Lori Roll is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in administration and finance. Currently serving as Vice President of Administration at Cerus since 1992, Lori is a key member of the executive leadership team and oversees Human Resources, Facilities, and IT. Previous roles at Cerus include Director of Administration and Controller, where responsibilities encompassed HR management, facilities oversight, accounts payable, payroll, financial statements, and employee benefits programs. Prior to Cerus, Lori worked as a Certified Public Accountant at EY from 1988 to 1992, focusing on preparing compiled financial statements for non-public clients. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University - East Bay.
