Chris Rehmet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and capital markets sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Capital Markets at CERTUS Senior Living since November 2016, Chris also holds the position of Director at Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group and serves as an Associate at REC Development. Previous roles include Owner at FitWave, Sr. Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, and AVP, Director of Leasing at Inland, along with a partnership at REC Development focused on shopping center development and leasing. Chris began the career as Leasing Director at Regency Centers from 1991 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
