Richard Guzy started their career in 1999 at Cora Geo, s.r.o. where they worked as a Programmer and System Programmer until December 2007. In January 2008, they joined Certua as a DEV Manager and Senior Developer, and they are currently still working there.

Richard Guzy received their Engineer's degree in Informatics and Cybernetics from the Technical University of Košice, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a SCRUM Master from the International SCRUM institute in June 2013.
