Yaniv Ran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Head of Information Technology at Certn, where they scaled the organization and built a global IT team. Prior to that, they were the Information Technology Operations Manager at KIXEYE, where they streamlined operations and implemented systems for remote work during the pandemic. Yaniv also has experience as a Managing Director, Lead Software Technical Support, Supervisor for Tier 1 Tech Support, Ruby on Rails Developer, Technical Support Specialist, Founder and CEO, Applications Development Manager, and Software Consultant. Throughout their career, Yaniv has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in IT operations and support.

Yaniv Ran completed a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2013. In 2002-2004, Yaniv earned an Associate's Degree in IT from Afik college. In terms of additional certifications, Yaniv obtained various certificates from institutions such as Atlassian, McLean & Company, BetterCloud, Jamf, Coursera, WorkSafeBC, edX, and Code School.
