Shannon Davidson is the VP of Corporate Affairs and General Counsel at Certn since April 2021. Prior to this role, Shannon held positions as an Associate at both Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and Miller Thomson LLP. Shannon started as a Summer Student at Findlay Smith LLP and also worked as a Development Coordinator at the University of Calgary. Shannon holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Calgary, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at the same institution.
