Erik Fleischman is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Business Officer and Managing Partner at Certis Solutions since January 2018, Erik is instrumental in transforming talent supply chain dynamics for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firms, enhancing market agility and organizational efficiency. Prior to Certis Solutions, Erik held the position of Regional Manager at Randstad Technologies US from January 2007 to July 2017, where Erik oversaw operations across multiple offices and technology delivery centers. Erik's career began at Randstad Technologies, formerly Sapphire Technologies, where Erik advanced from Account Manager to Branch Manager from 2001 to January 2007. Erik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, earned between 1994 and 1998.
