Molly Foley currently serves as the Director of Strategic Programs at Certinia since March 2024. Previously, Molly held the position of Senior M&A Advisor at Quest Software from March 2022 to March 2024, focusing on corporate development and strategy. Prior to that, Molly was a Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance at Yext from March 2021 to March 2022 and an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS from July 2019 to February 2021, specializing in financial sponsors and leveraged finance. Early experience includes a role as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at UBS in 2018 and a Legal Compliance Intern at WEX in 2017. Molly Foley earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College, studied abroad in Granada, Spain, and graduated from Greenville High School with a diploma.
