Martijn van Keulen CCXP currently serves as the Head of Marketing & CX and CX Specialist at RedStar since May 2021. Additionally, Martijn is a Boardmember of CXPA Netherlands since June 2020. Prior to these roles, Martijn was a Client Director and Account Director at Kantar between June 1999 and May 2021, focusing on Customer Strategies and market optimization in the Consumer & Fastmoving Sector. Martijn also worked as a Docent Marktonderzoek at SRM from December 2010 to April 2019, teaching market research. Martijn holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Bergen.
