Osama Issa is an experienced aircraft mechanic currently employed at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines since March 2019 and at Certified Aviation Services since June 2020. Previously, Osama served as a customer services agent at Hallmark Aviation from November 2016 to March 2019 and worked as an aircraft technician at RJAF for over two decades, from November 1995 to February 2016. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from Prince Faisal Technical College (1995-1998) and ongoing studies toward an Associate of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology at City College of San Francisco, started in August 2018.
