Elizabeth Lyvers is a Clinical Pharmacist at CerpassRx since December 2022, previously serving as a Clinical Consultant at the same company from November 2019 to April 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Pharmacist at Highmark Inc. from July 2017 to July 2019, following a PGY-1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency at the same organization. Elizabeth began in the pharmacy field as a Pharmacy Intern at American Pharmacy from February 2015 to 2017. Elizabeth obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy, completing the program in 2017.
