Lara Albania currently serves as Presidente at Innovasteam and Project Developer for the "Girls and Science" initiative at ITS ACADEMY MECCATRONICO VENETO. As CEO at #BiasCorrect and Senior ITP Project Evaluator at CERN, Lara focuses on assessing STEM projects and developing evaluation criteria. Lara has extensive experience in innovation management, research and development consulting in biotech, and EU project management since 2015. Additionally, Lara acts as a diversity and inclusion consultant, STEM teacher, and career coach under the Ministry of Research and Education. With a strong academic background that includes a PhD in Biotechnology from Università degli Studi di Padova, Lara combines expertise in science and creativity, having won awards in literature, photography, and drawing.
