Kandito Agung Wicaksono

Kandito Agung Wicaksono has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2014 with a student internship at PT. Infinys System Indonesia. During this time, they researched and developed a near-real-time logging system using Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and ZeroMQ. Kandito also gained experience in web development using Python Tornado and MySQL.

Following their internship, Kandito worked as a Research Assistant at the Formal Method in Software Engineering Laboratory, University of Indonesia, from February 2015 to July 2015. In this role, they created an ORM library using Java, JDBC, and MySQL for Abstract Behavior Specification (ABS) Language. Kandito also developed an ABS Web server for ABS MVC Framework using Embedded Tomcat and Servlet.

From September 2015 to January 2017, Kandito worked as a Software Engineer at Cermati.com. Their responsibilities included full stack development using NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, ReactJS, and Redis. Kandito also performed unit testing and code reviews, as well as handled code deployment and configuration management using Ansible.

Kandito then took on the role of Senior Software Engineer at Cermati.com from January 2017 to March 2018. During this time, they developed a payment service for insurance products and integration with payment gateways. Kandito also worked on migrating features to microservices and automated data integration for aggregating leads from various channels and submitting data to bank/multifinance companies. Additionally, they served as a mentor for intern engineers.

From March 2018 to September 2019, Kandito served as an Engineering Lead at Cermati.com. In this position, they led a team of back-end and front-end software engineers and collaborated with the product team to gather feature specifications. Kandito also contributed to designing technical requirements and specifications.

Kandito's most recent role at Cermati.com is as an Engineering Manager - Product, starting in September 2019. In this capacity, they are responsible for managing and coaching engineers to help them achieve their career growth and aspirations. Kandito tracks the performance and contributions of team members and works closely with product managers to build customer-facing and B2B features.

Kandito Agung Wicaksono obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information System from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned several certifications, including Graph Developer - Associate certification from Apollo GraphQL in May 2022, DeepLearning.AI TensorFlow Developer Specialization from Coursera in March 2021, and Information Security: Context and Introduction from Coursera in November 2020.
