Ken Van Schoyck is a highly experienced CSC Support Engineer at Cerium Networks since July 2023, previously serving as Senior Manager in the Solutions Interoperability Lab at Avaya from September 2000 to July 2023. Van Schoyck has extensive expertise in designing and integrating Avaya solutions, quality assurance testing, and authoring application notes. Work experience includes proficiency in Unified Communications and Collaboration, Customer Experience Management, and various Avaya product lines. Notably, Van Schoyck received the Avaya CEO Quality Champion Award in 2014 and holds multiple Avaya certifications.
