Gary Roberts has over 35 years of experience in telecommunications, currently serving as an Avaya/Nortel Support Engineer at Cerium Networks since December 2012, where responsibilities include maintaining day-to-day operations on an 8000 line CS1K system. Previously, Gary Roberts worked at Verizon from April 1988 to November 2012 as a Senior Field Service Technician.
