Julia Swavola is a seasoned product and scientific leader currently serving as Head of Product at Cerillo since April 2023. Previously, Julia held the role of Senior Product Manager at Ansa Biotechnologies, Inc. from July 2021 to February 2023 and held several positions at Inscripta, Inc. from May 2018 to July 2021, including Senior Scientist. Julia's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, complemented by extensive research and development experience, including a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. Notably, Julia has a strong foundation in microfluidics and has demonstrated leadership through coaching women's rugby teams, mentoring athletes, and managing assistant coaches.
