Kristie Rodenbush currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Ceribell, beginning in September 2024, and also holds the position of Advisor at PeopleTech Partners since July 2024. Previously, Kristie was the Chief People Officer at Meltwater from December 2022 to July 2024 and a member and partner at Glynn 100 from May 2022 to July 2024. Additionally, Kristie has experience as an instructor at UC Berkeley Extension and was a founding member of CPOHQ, an organization for Chief People Officers, from June 2020 to July 2024. Prior roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Algolia, Head of People for a confidential robotics project at X (formerly Google X), Senior Director of HR at Imperva, and Director of Human Resources at Hewlett-Packard. Kristie earned a BA in Psychology from UC San Diego between 1995 and 1999.
