Michelle Charles, MPH, currently serves as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Cerevance since January 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Sr. Director of Regulatory Affairs at Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc. from July 2022 to January 2023 and served as Sr. Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Alcyone Therapeutics Inc. from April 2021 to June 2022. Michelle's experience also includes directing Regulatory Affairs at the University of Pennsylvania's Gene Therapy Program and leading regulatory initiatives as Program Chair for the DIA RSIDM Conference from 2017 to January 2021. From October 2015 to November 2017, Michelle worked as a Regulatory Implementation Manager at LIQUENT, part of PAREXEL®. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at Merck between 2002 and 2015, culminating in the position of Associate Director. Michelle's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Infectious Disease and Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University, a Graduate Certificate in Business from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Psychology and Chemistry from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
