Richard Aylen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Richard started their career at Shoreham Port Authority as a Tug Engineer and later became a Harbour Diver. Following this, they worked at Edwards as a Technician, where they played a key role in reducing test failures and ensuring adherence to procedures. Richard then joined South Coast Surveillance as an Installation Supervisor, managing projects and teams of engineers. Later, at Ricardo, they worked as a Production Team Leader, responsible for managing a large team, controlling expenditure, and collaborating with external suppliers. Richard then transitioned to Advanced Technology Services, where they held roles as a Project Engineer and Facilities Manager, demonstrating their expertise in project management and facilities operations. Currently, Richard serves as the Head of Facilities at Ceres, overseeing facility management operations. Richard is known for their extensive experience, adaptability, and disciplined approach in these roles.
Richard Aylen began their education at Northern College, Wentworth Castle from 2005 to 2007, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
