Matthew Caldwell is a Senior Ink Manufacturing Engineer at Ceres, responsible for managing the manufacturing stages of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells, emphasizing process capability and yield targets at a Pilot-scale facility. Previously, Matthew held various positions at Ceres, including an internship focusing on pilot batch reactor commissioning and cell manufacturing engineering. In addition to engineering roles, Matthew operated as an Online Tutor, providing specialized tutoring in Chemistry, Physics, and Maths. Matthew's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, complemented by leadership experience as the UoN Ultimate Social Secretary and a background in customer service at Co-op.
