Daniel McDowall is a scientist at Ceres since July 2022, bringing extensive research experience from roles including a doctoral student at the University of Glasgow from October 2018 to October 2022. Prior to this, Daniel completed a Master of Research at the University of Surrey, focusing on the behavior and stability of refinery residue fuel emulsions in collaboration with Quadrise. Daniel's earlier experience includes a placement as a Student Research Chemist at The Lubrizol Corporation, where evaluations of engine oil and fuel additives were conducted using various advanced techniques. Daniel holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Loughborough University.
