Adele Gent is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the People & Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Ceres since April 2022, Adele has previously held various roles including Recruiter at TGI Fridays UK, Internal Recruiter at South Coast Nursing Homes Limited, and HR Business Partner for Recruitment and On-Boarding at Active Prospects UK. Additional experience includes positions as Interim Recruitment Manager at Sussex Healthcare and Recruitment Manager at Prestige Nursing + Care. Adele began their career in recruitment as an Assistant Recruitment Advisor at The Disabilities Trust and has also worked as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant in earlier roles. Adele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education Studies from the University of Winchester.
