Sally Clark is an experienced professional in category management and client services, currently serving as a Senior Category Manager at Ceres Organics since May 2021. Previous roles include Category Manager positions at Lion and Frucor Suntory, as well as Operations Manager in the disability sector at Taikura Trust. Sally has a notable background at IRI as Director of Client Services and held significant marketing and sales roles at Beiersdorf, FreshFood, Kellogg Company, and Fonterra. Sally began the career as a Business Account Manager at United Biscuits after earning a BSc in Economics, Economics Politics, and History from Aberystwyth University between 1992 and 1995.
