Tim Knapp has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tim has experience as a Director of Operations at Commercial Electronics, Inc since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Product Development Engineer at True Fitness from 2015 to 2017. Tim also served as a Manufacturing Manager and Value Stream Leader at Watlow from 2012 to 2015.

Before joining Watlow, they worked at True Fitness as an Interim Manager in Research & Development in 2012. Prior to their time at True Fitness, they held the position of Sr. Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Argo Products Company from 2011 to 2012. Tim gained international experience in Taiwan as the Director of Operations at True Fitness Technology, Inc. from 2006 to 2011.

Tim's earlier work experience includes roles such as Plant Manager at True Fitness Technology, Inc. from 1999 to 2006, Focus Factory Manager at Alvey Material Handling Systems from 1995 to 1999, and Team Manager at Copeland from 1993 to 1995. Tim also worked as a Mfg. Engineer at Cooper Industries and as a Supervisor at Belden in the early years of their career.

Throughout their career, Tim Knapp has showcased their leadership and problem-solving skills, focusing on continuous improvement, lean manufacturing principles, and maximizing growth and profitability.

Tim Knapp attended Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
