Shane Laflin is an experienced professional in basketball talent evaluation and marketing, currently serving as the Director of the Premier Basketball Report at 3STEP Sports since August 2015. In addition, Laflin is the WBB Point Person at Cerebro Sports, focusing on efficient global prospect evaluations, and holds the position of Director of Recruiting Analysis for ESPNW Women's Basketball, overseeing high school and collegiate recruiting analysis. Previous coaching roles include Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Rice University and the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as Graduate Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin. Laflin holds a degree in History and Political Science from the University of Texas at Arlington.
