Justin Ridgway has worked in the software engineering field since 2015. Justin started as an Intern at Titus Human Performance, where they designed a web-based dashboard, utilizing Microsoft SharePoint, to track team communications, deadline notifications, and calendar scheduling for multiple offices across the east coast. Justin also designed a client-side work-order form and routing system for bug-fixes in SPEAR, a comprehensive human performance tracking application. Justin also assisted the Quality Assurance Team test SPEAR for upcoming releases and current bug fixes. In 2018, they began working as a Software Engineer at Data Visualization Intelligence, Inc. (DVI). Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Cerebri AI.

Justin Ridgway obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Radford University between 2013 and 2017.
