Kaitlynn Hess is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruiting for engineering and technical roles across various international markets. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Cerebras Systems since December 2019, Kaitlynn has successfully expanded the organization by hiring over 500 employees during a critical period of growth. Previously, Kaitlynn held roles as a Lead Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at the same company, where key responsibilities included launching international offices and scaling recruitment efforts. Prior experience includes positions at DeWinter Group, Revel Systems, and Maxim Healthcare Services, focusing on supporting early and mid-stage startups as well as managing recruitment in healthcare sectors. Kaitlynn earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from California State University, Chico.
