Rachael McGlynn is a Therapy Services Manager at Cerebral Palsy Alliance, currently working at the Erina site. Rachael also holds the position of Team Leader for Erina Therapy Services and previously worked as a Senior Speech Pathologist at the Tuggerah site. Prior to their current role, Rachael worked as a Speech Pathologist at Ageing Disability and Home Care, Department of Human Services. Rachael obtained their Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Newcastle in 2009.
