Kalyan Venkatraman (KV) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kalyan started their career as an IT Analyst at Metamor Global Solutions in 1997. After two years, they joined John Deere Financial as an IT Analyst, where they worked until 2007. In 2004, KV founded Cerebral Staffing, LLC and served as its President. In 2007, they joined the Iowa Foundation for Medical Care as an IT Project Manager, a role they held until 2008. Throughout their career, KV has gained expertise in IT analysis, project management, and leadership.

Kalyan Venkatraman (KV) completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Annamalai University in 1996. Kalyan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, graduating in 2004.
