Ganga Bhavani has a diverse work experience in various companies. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at Tech Mahindra until 2015. Ganga then joined HP as an Application Support Executive from 2015 to 2017. After that, Ganga Bhavani joined Techstar Solutions Inc as a US IT Recruiter, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Cerebra Consulting Inc as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, starting in 2019.

Ganga Bhavani earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Eiilm University in Sikkim, India. Ganga studied at Eiilm University from 2010 to 2014.
