Vishal Kale is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as an R&D Project Manager/PMO at Cerdia since August 2021, where responsibilities include developing project management processes, leading project activities for the Cellu-lose Acetate product, and supporting internal and certification audits. Previously, Vishal worked at Eugen Forschner GmbH as a Projektleiter Hochvolt-Systeme/E-Mobility, managing project activities for high-voltage distribution boxes for electric vehicles, and ensured compliance with project goals. Prior roles included serving as a Project Engineer at SEWS Components and Electronics Europe Ltd., a Mechanical Engineer Intern at PCH Berlin-Los Angeles GmbH, and a Graduate Trainee Design Engineer at ThysseKrupp Industries India, with early experience as a Project Trainee at Tata Motors. Vishal holds an M.Sc. in Systematic Product Development from Technische Universität Berlin, a certificate in Design Thinking from the Hasso Plattner Institute, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
