Kaitlin Alayo is an Associate Marketing Analyst at CerconeBrown since January 2022, with prior experience as Vice President of Finance for Delta Gamma ZE, where a fiscal chapter budget exceeding $450,000 was created and managed for 188 members. Kaitlin successfully redesigned the chapter budget to reduce expenditures and increase surplus in response to COVID-19. As a Lewis Institute Zeta Epsilon Delegate in July 2019, Kaitlin represented the university in a values-based leadership program. Before these roles, Kaitlin served as a Biology Office Student Assistant at Santa Clara University, managing communications and event promotions, and as a Guest Services Coordinator at Farouche Salons, enhancing client and stylist relationships. Kaitlin holds dual Bachelor of Arts and Science degrees in Economics and Communication from Santa Clara University.
