Ifenyinwa Veronica Ojekagu is a Certified Ethical Hacker with extensive experience in IT support and customer service. Currently serving as an IT Support Engineer at British Telecommunications since January 2023 and also working as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Cerco IT Ltd since July 2022, Ifenyinwa has a strong background in managing customer interactions and technical support. Previous roles include positions at Sitel Group as a Customer Service Representative and Team Manager, and at GAT TechnoDynamics Ltd as an Administrative/Public Relations Officer, where responsibilities included effective communication of organizational activities. With early experience as a Command Public Relations Office Assistant in the Nigerian Airforce and various roles in journalism, including reporting for Nigerian Television Authority and Guardian Newspaper, Ifenyinwa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
