Andreas Melder has extensive experience in various leadership roles and advisory positions in the technology industry. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and Board Member of Cercle, an AI technology company focused on advancing healthcare for women. Andreas is also a Board Member of Peraso Inc., a company that specializes in wireless technology.

In the past, Andreas has served as a Board Advisor for Glass Media, a retail marketing experience provider, and Motus Labs, a company that designs motion control solutions for automation and robotics applications.

Andreas has also worked as an Advisor for SmartMoving Software, a company specializing in software and CRM systems for moving companies. During their time at SmartMoving, the company was acquired due to its strong leadership and high-growth profile.

Andreas has held roles at Broadcom Inc. as part of the LATAM Operator Marketing team and at Vilynx as a Board Advisor. At Broadcom, they were responsible for developing and expanding the LATAM market for the Broadband Business Unit.

Prior to that, Andreas was the VP of Business Development at Gigle Networks, where they drove the company's strategy and played a key role in its acquisition by Broadcom. Andreas also served as the VP of Marketing at Prodea Systems, a company that developed a unique Service Operations Center for the Service Provider industry.

Andreas Melder completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & Business from Carnegie Mellon University between 1976 and 1980. Andreas then pursued a Master of Science degree in Digital Signal Processing & Operations Research/Business from Southern Methodist University from 1981 to 1983. Prior to their college education, Andreas attended Shaler Area High School from 1973 to 1976. Andreas later continued their education at Southern Methodist University, obtaining a Master's degree in Operations Research with a focus on Digital Signal Processing.
