Howard Chan is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and product development. Currently serving as a Staff Quality Engineer at Ripple Medical since March 2024, Howard previously held the role of Staff Product Development Engineer at Rockley Photonics from March 2022 to February 2024. Prior experience includes a distinguished tenure at Cercacor Laboratories, Inc. from March 2009 to January 2022, where roles included Director of Quality Assurance, Manager of Operations and Quality Assurance, Quality Manager, and Test Engineer. Howard earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, between 1999 and 2003.
