Racha Elbaz began their work experience in 2015 as a Bachelor intern at Centre Hospitalier Simone Veil, where they tested a new flowchart for detecting enterobacter carbapenemase-producer strains. Racha validated the flowchart, which is now implemented in the hospital.

In 2016, Racha joined GSK as a Clinical Research Assistant specialized in e-TMF. From 2017 to 2018, they transitioned to the role of Clinical Trial Manager and Clinical Project Manager Trainee.

In 2018, Racha joined EXCELYA on behalf of Sanofi as an eCOA Clinical Trial Operational Manager Contributor, where they stayed until 2022.

Currently, in 2022, Racha works at Cerba Research as a Digital Project Manager.

Racha Elbaz has a strong education background in the field of science and research. Racha attended CY Cergy Paris Université from 2015 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with a focus on Biology. Continuing their studies at the same university, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from 2015 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master 2 (M2) degree in Science / Clinical Research / Laboratory Medicine and Paramedical Professions at Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2016 to 2017.
