Kelley K. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Kelley is currently the Vice President of Global Commercial Operations & Development at Cerapedics Inc. where they oversee various aspects of the company's commercial operations and development.

Prior to their current role, Kelley held a position at Zimmer Biomet where they served as the Vice President of Contracts, Sales Operations & Strategic Accounts. Kelley was responsible for managing a large number of contracts, supporting sales through new contracts and renewals, and leading sales operations and strategic accounts in the United States. Kelley held this role from February 2010 to September 2021.

Before joining Zimmer Biomet, Kelley worked at Biomet as the Senior Director of Corporate Accounts for the Spine, CMF, & Thoracic divisions. Kelley was instrumental in drafting the vision and strategy for the company's contracts with Lanx, a spine company, and successfully negotiated these contracts. Kelley also played a key role in expanding the corporate accounts network and securing new contracts. Kelley held this position from November 2013 to June 2015.

Additionally, Kelley worked at Lanx, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Accounts, Sales Operations, and Customer Service from February 2010 to November 2013. At Lanx, they contributed to the development of corporate accounts, managed sales operations, and provided customer service support.

Kelley's career in the medical device industry began at Zimmer Great Lakes in 2004. Kelley started as a Contract Manager and quickly earned a promotion within one year. In their role as Contract Manager, they built and led a contract team, participated in sales visits to drive pricing and negotiate contracts with group purchasing organizations, and conducted analytics to demonstrate the value proposition to hospitals. Their position at Zimmer Great Lakes lasted from 2004 to 2010.

Kelley K. earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Wayne State University in 2001.
