Dieter Soukup has a vast work experience in various roles and industries. Dieter began their career at TE Connectivity as a Product Manager in 1998. After that, they worked at CODICO GmbH as an Area Sales Manager for Semiconductors. Dieter then moved to BenQ Corporation as a Managing Director and Area Sales Manager, focusing on mobile phones. Later, they joined BelTel Mobile Gmbh as the Head of International Sales and Marketing. Following that, they worked at OSRAM, first as a Regional Sales Manager and then as Head of Sales Eastern Europe and Austria. Subsequently, they took a sabbatical in 2019 before joining Materion Corporation as Director Sales EMEA in Electronic Materials. Currently, they are working at CeramTec as the Director Global Sales for both the Automotive and Semiconductor divisions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and leadership roles across different regions and industries.

Dieter Soukup completed a Bachelor of Engineering equal degree in Electronics Engineering with an emphasis on Communication Technology and IT/Software from HTBLuVA Moedling in 1996. In 2020, they studied Agile Leadership at WU Executive Academy.
