Paolo Neri has extensive experience in the technical and procurement sectors within the manufacturing industry. At Ceramica Del Conca s.p.a., since April 2018, Paolo Neri has focused on productivity analysis and the design of new production plants, along with budget preparation and scheduling tasks. Prior to this, from September 2013 to March 2018, Paolo Neri worked at Opera Group Srl in the purchasing department, assisting technical management with the study of new plants and production machinery, assessing company needs, and drafting procurement budgets in collaboration with company direction. Paolo Neri holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
