Tanuja Prasad has extensive experience in human resources, beginning in 2009 as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Subros Limited. Tanuja then worked as the Head of HR at R V I T SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from December 2021 to May 2023. Currently, Tanuja is employed as the Human Resources Director at Ceragon Networks, a position they started in May 2023.

Tanuja Prasad holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Xavier Institute of Social Service, with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Analyst of Predictive Index from Praendex Incorporated in 2010, and as a Certified Performance and Competence Developer from Carlton Advanced Management Institute accredited work study program in 2007.
